HI!

My name is Kathryn, and I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I’ve never been athletically inclined (I do not count marching band as a sport), I have always had the BIGGEST sweet tooth of anyone I know, and my will power and restraint is on par with that of my 3 year old.
That being said, I also know that if I continue to allow those things to dictate my health, then I will never be the mother and wife that I know I can be.
I have started this blog as, not only a way to hold myself accountable, but to also share my failures and successes with anyone else who needs to know they are not alone.

I vow to share my experiences, thoughts, and goals as honestly as I possibly can.
There will be ups and downs, as there are in life, but I will not just write about the positives. It’s important to share our experiences, no matter what light they paint us.
I’m sure I will screw something up here and there, and I’m also sure I will get called out on it…and that’s ok. As long as we are all civil to one another, we can all learn something from each other.
